TAKE A RUN INTO ALLAH TA'ALA -- By: Shabrun Jamil (An Ordinary Man, Working as Islamic Counselor at Religious Affair Ministry of Tangerang District)

Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalamiin
Wasshalaatu Wassalaamu ‘Alaa Asyrafil Anbiyaa-i Wal Mursaliin
Sayyidinaa Wa Nabiyyinaa Muhammadin
Wa ‘Alaa Aalihii Wa Shahbihii Ajma’iin.

FI FIRRUU ILALLAAH. INNII LAKUM  NADZIIRUMMUBIIN. (Qur’an Surah Adzaariyat Verse 50).
“Therefore flee unto God! I am a clear warner from Him to you.”

At most of circumstances, people all around the world, whenever they confused they will be asking  themselves, “Where shall we run to?” Often we see people running away from one country to another country. They assume that by by running away they wil survive. Unfortunately, they can’t afford to run away. Because Allah is One everywhere actually. We can’t run away from Allah and go somewhere else. We have to think and do what we should do.

Allah Ta’ala gave us big grants. Iman-Islam-Ihsan. When we run after the world, we are going to be disgraced whenever we go. Sometimes we don’t think about hereafter, we only think about this world. When we do that, we don/t find goodness neither in this world, nor in the hereafter.

Run towards Allah is the only safe place to run away, and He is showing us. Very few people in this world are showed the right way by Him The Almighty.

Running to Allah is similar to worshipping Allah by releasing any other thing than Allah Ta’ala in our main goal. The main goal is merely to reach Allah in every aspect of our life. For Muslim, all his activities in his life are devoted to Allah Ta’ala, either in Hablumminallah  (connection to Allah) or Hablumminannas (relationship with human beings).

SUBHAANAKALLAAHUMMA WA BI HAMDIKA ASYHADU ALLAA ILAAHA ILLAA ANTA ASTAGHFIRUKA WA ATUUBU ILAIKA.
